This universal dissolving and cooking machine is unique of its kind. It is a continuous system and can be used both as a dissolving and as a cooking system. It offers the possibility of producing masses very close to industry and has a vacuum system. With a minimum capacity of 5 kg and an output of up to 100 kg per hour, this system is not only suitable for the development of confectionery, but also for the production of confectionery in small quantities, up to 100 kg per hour.
